All new patients begin with a Day 1 visit, which includes a consultation with one or both of our doctors at your preferred location, a thorough examination, and 3D imaging of the cervical spine using our state-of-the-art CBCT (“3D CT scan”).
This initial visit is designed to gather as much information as possible about your chief complaints, overall health concerns, and specific spinal alignment. It also includes a detailed postural evaluation using advanced software, neurological testing, muscle assessments, and more.
The Day 2 visit, also known as the Doctor’s Report of Findings, is where one of our doctors reviews your medical history, examination results, neurological assessment, advanced postural evaluation images, and muscle testing findings. Most importantly, we analyze your 3D CBCT imaging of the cervical spine.
These key diagnostic insights allow us to develop a personalized care plan tailored to optimizing your health, improving adaptability to stress, enhancing nervous system function, and promoting better overall body repair. Do you take Insurance?
Due to the specialized nature of our services and the unique cases we treat, we do not participate in insurance plans. Insurance compensates based on average proficiency, and we excel in our field, delivering exceptional, life-changing, and lasting results for our patients. If choosing a chiropractor solely based on insurance compatibility were effective, you wouldn’t be seeking our expertise and care.
Would I be able to get some reimbursement for out of pocket costs for care?
Many insurance companies have out of network coverage/benefits for Chiropractic care. The Doctor ether hands the patient something called a Super Bill, also known as the statement, which is electronically submitted by the patient via their insurance portal or simply mailed to the insurance provider. Once done, the insurance provider reimburses the patient a portion of what they spent for the care via a check.
