Payment & Insurance

How to pay for your visit, and how to ask your insurance company to pay you back.

Payment is due at the time of service

To maintain our high standard of service, we ask that payment is made at the time services are rendered. We accept the following:

  • Cash
  • Check (with valid ID)
  • Debit Card
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay

Insurance and your superbill

We do not participate in insurance plans. Many insurance companies do cover chiropractic care out of network, though, and we give you the paperwork to claim it.

  1. We give you a superbill

After your visit we give you a superbill, an itemized statement of your care and what you paid. If you have a patient portal account, you can also create one there yourself.

  2. You send it to your insurance company

Submit the superbill through your insurance company’s member portal, or mail it in.

  3. Your insurance company reimburses you

If your plan has out-of-network chiropractic benefits, the insurer pays you back a portion of what you spent on your care, usually by check.

Benefits differ from plan to plan. Call your insurance company to ask what your plan covers before you submit a superbill.
