This website belongs to Apollo Upper Cervical Chiropractic, which has offices in SoHo (New York City), Astoria (Queens) and Massapequa (Long Island). It tells you about the practice and the care we offer, and lets you book a visit, send us a message, fill in your new-patient forms and sign in to the patient portal. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

The information on this website is general information. It is not a diagnosis or medical advice, and reading it does not make you our patient. If your symptoms are sudden or severe, please seek medical care right away, and in an emergency call 911.

3. Booking and cancellations

You can book a visit online or by calling an office. To change or cancel a visit, call your office. Some visits can also be moved from the link in a text reminder or from the patient portal. Please give as much notice as you can, so that another patient can have the time.

4. Your information and your account

  • Give us accurate details when you book, write to us or fill in a form.
  • If you have a patient portal account, keep your password and your sign-in codes to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
  • Please book only for yourself or for a child or other person you are responsible for.

5. Using the site

Please use this website only for its purpose. Do not try to see anyone else’s information, to interfere with how the site works, or to copy it in bulk. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

6. Our content and other websites

The words, images and design of this website belong to the practice or the people who let us use them. You may read and print pages for your own use. Where we link to another website, we do not control it and are not responsible for it.

7. Text messages and your privacy

Our SMS terms explain the text messages we send and how to stop them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the change. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will never be wrong or interrupted.
