Terms and messaging policy for the text messages Apollo Upper Cervical Chiropractic sends.

1. Program overview

Apollo Upper Cervical Chiropractic sends text messages about your care and your appointments from a toll-free number. They go to patients who have given us their mobile phone number and agreed to receive them. The messages come from the practice on behalf of its offices in SoHo (New York City), Astoria (Queens) and Massapequa (Long Island).

This is an account and appointment program. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. Message types

If you have agreed to receive texts, you may get:

  • Appointment reminders, and a way to change or cancel a visit
  • The link to your new-patient forms after you book
  • A check if you have not arrived for an appointment
  • Portal security codes, when you sign in to the patient portal
  • Replies from the office to a message you send us

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your appointments and with the messages you send us.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier bills those charges. Apollo does not charge you for receiving our texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Opt-out and help

To opt out, reply STOP to any text from us at any time. You will get a message confirming it, and no further texts from us until you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.

6. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use your number only to send the messages described on this page. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use say more.
